Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. General Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through Conqore’s website, mobile application, and business portal (collectively, the “Platform”). By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

2. Marketplace Services

Conqore acts solely as a technology facilitator between users, academies, coaches, gamers, event organizers, and businesses.

Refunds for training sessions, academy services, bookings, or other marketplace services are subject to the individual provider’s cancellation policy.

If a provider fails to deliver the agreed service, users must raise a dispute within 48 hours of the scheduled service time. Refund decisions will be made after reviewing relevant evidence.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees (including business plans, premium listings, athlete verification, or featured profiles) are non-refundable once activated.

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

4. Advertisements & Promotions

Payments made for advertisements, featured listings, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable once approved or launched.

If an advertisement is rejected before publication, Conqore may issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion.

5. Booking Fees

  • If cancelled by the service provider → Full refund to the user.
  • If cancelled by the user → Refund subject to provider’s policy.
  • No-show cases may not qualify for refund.

6. Tournament & Event Fees

  • If the tournament/event is cancelled by organizers → Full or partial refund.
  • If postponed → Registration may be transferred to a new date.
  • Voluntary withdrawal → Refund subject to organizer’s rules.

7. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If payment is deducted but the transaction fails, refunds are typically processed automatically within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded after confirmation.

8. Chargebacks

Users filing fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may have their accounts suspended. Conqore reserves the right to contest illegitimate disputes.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on banking institutions or payment providers.

10. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use purchased services
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
  • Platform downtime due to external technical issues

11. Platform & Processing Fees

Convenience fees, gateway charges, and platform service fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

12. Dispute Submission

Refund disputes must be submitted via email within 48 hours of the issue. Conqore’s decision after reasonable investigation shall be final and binding.

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
